Hi All, Here is the official thread for the 2006 Austrain GP. The race is scheduled for March 19. Keep your eye out on the wether forecast. Spielberg, AustriaI'll let everyone know the official race weather forecast is, by this weekend. BTW, if the weather calls for snow showers, then we just set up the race for wet weather.

Knittelfeld ? I always thought that A1-Ring circuit is in Zeltweg, Austria... www.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/tenday/AUXX0055?from=36hr_fcst10DayLink_business

I'm hoping it'll just happen like last year and change the forecast at the last time. Everything was set for snow, but then it suddenly became sunny...we gotta wait till next saturday and see. BTW, you should be looking at Knittelfeld and not Spielberg, as I said previously...

Well had a little mess around my least favourite track today, and it seems I may be able to keep up with some of you faster people here after all

The weather will be the same for them, knittelfeld is nearly in spielberg, so theres no point discussing it

Well im hoping for a very sunny race, because wet races suck. Anywho if the weather conditions is forcasted for scattered snow, does that qualify as wet or dry race??
On a more racing note, I did about 10 laps today, managed to get a 1.11.1xx, i know i can go faster with a lot more practise so hopefully i won't be battling for last.
