Well we're near the deadline to submit laps for this test and I would like to know how many laps I've sent were validated, just to know if I need to do more to have the required 40 laps to increase 10 BHP... BTW I've spot a small bug in my RaltWest... I was working with the car in zmodeler and found that a small face is missing under the right front fin... right now, I've sorted it out and maybe I'll send it to viper, because I am planning (for Magny Cours) to do another livery and in GP4 you dont see that missing face but it is annoying for me to know that something is missing in my car

Changes to the carset might take a little while. I"m beta testing CSM 1.26 and it's truckloads better then the current one and would make my life a lot easier. Shouldn't take long though.

Glad you're impressed, I'm totally underwhelmed by it at the moment. Still, I'll turn my attentions to it very soon and I'll see what it can do

It carries a lot less bugs then the previous version plus TSM just rules. I'm actually considering rebuilding our carset too so that it coforms better to the latest version.

If we can get TSM working is there any chance we could extend the season?

Well, TSM works for me As for extending the season, as long as new the tracks are well done and working 100%, we can have a longer season. Problem is that right now, the only tracks working well enough are China and Bahrain. I personally don't want to see China in the calendar (Hate the track). Bahrain is ok I guess. But this is discussion for next year and we are a bit far off yet

I have compiled a zip file with an update version of my car - I've just spotted some small bugs that were annoying me and everything is OK now but I haven't tested it because i was worried about the carset integrity... so I might want to release it for the next carset later, maybe after or before Magny Cours... I haven't tested the new CSM/TSM until now, mainly because I dont know if it would work properly with our WSRC carset, but I might want to test it after downloading all the F1 2006 files and updates such as new cars, pitstands and the whole thingy so I can try to make a personal F1 2006 update to play while I am not playing WSRC, I am just waiting for the beautiful Honda RA106 that Kizz is still building cheers

I hope you rebuild it, I thought the origional version was quite fun. ;D
I don't see why we shouldn't incorporate a fictional track or two...Pasagwhatever its called is a very nice circuit and if I remember correctly, near faultless...but as Viper says, we're along way from this issue yet.
I'm understanding CSM 1.26 better now, and after much frustration with the goddamn exe it is loading the WSRC carset just fine. I still have no idea how TSM works just yet, perhaps someone would like to show me?

Ok, test laps completed in 10 lap stints. I made setup changes between stints and was pleased to see an overall decrease in the mean laptime by 0.3s (outliers not included of course). Its good to see I definately went the right way in setup between stints 2 and 3. Most of the time gained was through the gear ratios. In Stint 2 i miscalculated the 7th gear and it was a bit awkward. Stint 1: 1:14.690 Stint 2: 1:14.576 Stint 3: 1:14.385 Then a banzai run at the end netting a low 1:13.
