Lets work on a restructure so we don't lose anymore drivers! Loosing a front runner is a very big deal. Sorry to see Rocha leave the championship, in what looked like a good nock down drag out fight to the end between him a Vincenzi.
Where should eleviate stress so that this remains fun without being too routine?

I honestly don't know I haven't had a problem so far, and been having great fun doing the laps. Austria was a bit stressful, but in a good way I think a couple of thing to get it better though, would be set the deadline sunday? Gives people a bit more time to work on the laps. Apart from that I can't see what would make things easier...

Yeah, the vote looks like that's they way it is going to go anyway so let instate that rule now. Laps are not due for submition until Sunday at Midnight.
Maybe we should resturcture how we do development for one, since there is another session coming up in the next month. Maybe instead of setting development dates, we should allow people to develope whenever they want but only allow six development session a year. Or we could break it down into what they develop and how many times they can do development on each item. This would allow us to play with the race schedule a bit more and spread everything out a tiny bit futher.

I like the dev idea. Sounds a lot how F1 does in reality and it would indeed allow for a better race schedule.

I'll have new schedule plan submitted in the next few days and we can decide where to go from there. Fomr now, we will stick with the current schedule though.

From my interpretation it means you can test whenever you have the time, but you may only do so 6 times. So you could use up all of your test sessions within a couple of weeks, or spread them out over a few months. This is what teams do in real life as they create their own schedule for convenience.
