hi,
I spoke with Jorge Caranti about some facts of the Monza GP. I drive in the last team, he in one of the 1st teams.
This seems to be no problem... but actually it is a big problem, and for sure in a 15% non TL race!!
As some of you may know ==> If you put OFF your pit indicator when enterring the pitstop, you can enter the pit VERY fast. This will make a big difference if you are driving in team 11 or team 1... (sometimes up to 3-4sec-
A good rule should be to force drivers to set the pit indicator ON just like GP4 does in your inlap!
I'm telling this in my own disadvantage. (so you can be sure it's true what I said) This will make the league more fair ==> all drivers will stop the same amount of time!
Thanks in advance, Laurent

Pit indicator is on! And the pit has to be computer controlled. If that's not happening with you, then there's something wrong with the carset

yeah but you can cancel it and turn it back on later, when you enter the pits.

If you cancel the pit indicator the pit crew aint there, so you actually lose some 20 seconds waiting for them to reappear. At least, when I was experimenting a while ago that happened

I tried that once....never again Extremely frustrating to watch them leisurely stroll back into the garage and the cruise back out again...

it works trust me, but only if you cancel it at the beginning of the lap, it also helps that Vod:Bul is at the end of the pitlane

I talked to Laurent and we compared races, until before the pit stop i was leading the race. Because i couldnt enter at full speed i lost 3 seconds to Laurent because the kdr pits its one of the firsts and Vod Bul the last one. If someone would look at the laptimes they will notice that i did better laps. Anyway its just a race. Cheers

well, before the pits I was leading with 1.2s...... my time: 0h05m55.143s yours : 0h05m56.386s But anyway, even if I was leading.... it's better to have the new rule. Cause maybe next race you'll lead the race before the pits!

I think if their was a rule, it should say "when entering the pits, pit stop indicator must be on since the beggining of lap entering the pits" in order to the mechanics to be expecting you in the pits. But anyway its just a race and i accept defeat. Cheers

it depends what lap you pit on, some of us put less fuel in at the start so have to keep cancelling the pit indicator even when there are some 3 fuel laps left...
