Yeah, I agree. We end up messing stuff up. It was also partially my fault, as I assumed we had accepted the change.

Okay, someones got to say something about the exciting upcoming grand prix this weekend in the wsrc.
I've completed my laps and i've found that it was very difficult to maintain car control. Ironically quite challenging and exciting though, which was good. The clouds in the sky even looked like they always look in ireland, all broody and dark grey.
I think it would be difficult to go through your 10 laps and find any sort of consistent pace, i found my laps went between 3 seconds of each other over the 10 laps. And of course i had my complimentary spin
Anyway, good luck everyone

The best time i've posted in the wet was a 2.00.692 last night. But the problem with that is that the weather conditions/track conditions seem to change so i cant get near that in the laps that i've done. Having wet races is a bit messy because sometimes the conditions are monsoon, sometimes they are intermediate or wet.
Not really completely fair, but anyway

Yeah, I've been getting the same kind of weather changes. It makes it very difficult to get anything consistent.

Can someone clear something up for me? What does Moonson actually mean? That's wetter then Wet?

Can someone clear something up for me? What does Moonson actually mean? That's wetter then Wet? Wetter then wet is right! I hate it when it's wetter then wet! That's the problem with GP4. No one gets the same weather even in with 100% rain. SOmetimes it is mangigable and othertimes the track is so slick you feel like you're on a skating rink! Those are monsoon conditions.

Ah ok. This things was just confusing it all for me. Luckly, I tested my setup with both types of tyres and it seems to work good for both. Before doing my race laps I guess I'll have to test each set and see which goes better then

You can know when the conditions are monsoon looking at the track. When I raced the Brazilian GP for my 2003 season, the race started with light rain and very little standing water, so everybody could go on intermediates. How do you know that there is little standing water? There are just some stripes on the track that actually reflect the light. As the race went on, it started raining more - more standing water. The stripes on the track where I could see my car got bigger, covering like 55% of the track. Wet tyres. By the end of the race, with 10 laps remaining or so, the rain got even stronger. There was really a lot of standing water on the track. Now the situation was the opposite from the beginning of the race: there were just a few areas on the track where I couldn't see the car being reflected. Monsoon tyres. Hope this helps a little.

Those times are not bad for a wet race

Thanks! I'm still trying to get my race laps together. It'll be tight but I just might be able to do it this weekend.

I did a set of race laps, not very pleased with it. I had two spins, so I'm not sure if I'm going with it, even though I didn't lose much time. I was wondering about one thing though, how much tyre wear did you guys get by the end of the 10th lap? I think mine was 5.20 or something like that
