So I thought I would show everyone the new car for 2006. The carshape stays the same for the upcoming season but the livery has changed. It's simply a reverse of the 2005 car livery. My reason for this is simple. Recently, I was watching the American LeMans series and found that Porsche is returning to prototype sports car racing. The car is painted primarily white with black accents! I thought it looked great so I decided to paint the 2006 WSRC Porsche car, in the same scheme! What do you think? Granted it looks a little naked on the side pods but I will take care of that!

I think it's a nice idea But you'd benefit of using a better template to work on IMO. The body has some smoothing problems...well, it's your call...there are plenty of great templates around, although, I am still trying to find a Mp4/20 one, so that I can do my 06 car....

Yeah, I realise that! Maybe I'll go back to the old Jordan car since it looks very similar to this one and is a better template! Do you remeber that interim P05 that I did last december?

It's actually GP4 3D Editor! I got sick of using ZModeler as it required more tinkering with the image then GP4 3D Editor. For one thing, you don't have to flip the impage.

Yes, I remember. That shape was very nice What Mjf said is valid though...the AMD logo would look better with the colors reversed...

I just threw together last night! There is still plenty of work to do. But I think I'll do all of it on the Jordan car rather then this one.

There's plenty of time to test things anyway! By the time season 2006 start you may end up with 3 or 4 diferent cars I'm hunting down a Mp4/20 template now. If I can't find, I might have to sit down and do my Worst case scenario, is that I won't change my shape...bah...

Thanks! Next I think I'm going to makes the SKF logo on the side pods a bit bigger to cover the white space a bit more.

You might want to add a few black stripes...nothing overdone...something like the Imola Audi that I did...you know, something running through the main body to make it less empty...
