My helmet textures are a little messed up, but I think this may be a problem with the textures itself, no big deal anyway

Hey guys, while I add new files to the carset, I'm releasing the latest performance so that teams can start to test with new drivers. Pick it up on the first post. It also has Whiplash Racing on it.
Carset Update later this evening.

Grab the new carset on first post. Sorry for making everyone download it all again, but I lost track of what I did to make an update. For existing drivers, you don't really have to download this carset. New drivers are required tho.

Well I can't reinstall, my disk has long since been lost and my copy has (rather annoyingly) become corrupted

What about when you're not using the carset? Does everything work fine then?

Yes perfectly alright, but I'd rather use it so I don't have cc to crash into during the race. I doubt it's CSM, but I have a theory which I'll try out later and report back

ok, and do other CSM mods you have installed work fine? Just trying to eliminate the possibility that CSM is the cause here. If the other mods work fine, then I'd suggest bulding your own carset perhaps. Simply copy the relevent files from WSRC 1.3 into your new carset, but only install the KDR carfiles from scratch.
Otherwise you might try reinstalling CSM...I think Rhino might've had similar problems to you. Forgot how he fixed it though.

Well I'm out til it's fixed, so I dont know if I'll be racing at all again this season. I've tried everything I can possibly think of inside the carset, I re-installed the CSM beta and the problem persists. v1 was fine, but as soon as I installed 1.2 everything buggered up big time

I can't play it basically, I have the lower possible playable frame rate (12 fps ffs stupid pc) and I'm still getting a PO of 120 in free practice
