I'm going to hold off on posting the final results until we know the fate of the Raltwest Racing vote, in the Driver's Counil forum. There is still another vote out there that could sway the decision, so I don't want to make a hasty decision until that vote is in. If you haven't voted, please do so, so that we can put this issue to rest.

next sunday as in sunday week or this upcoming sunday? Next sunday as in 5th of march. That's the final day of submition, so if anybody is not around they should probably submit their laps earlier. I know it's kinda busy this first two weeks, but after this one our schedule will go back to normal with one race every two weeks

Well, apparentely I went through the grass at one point and they applied a penalty for that. I don't think it was necessary cause it was really just a small error in my part and it's not like I gained a lot of time with it. But if the decision was made, I guess I'll have to live with it. I'm sure I could've won this race though.
Well, it's very early yet to see what it'll really be like. I did not give a full performance for the race as during the practice runs I was running a lot faster. In 3 or 4 rounds we'll then be sure of what it's going to be like. In any event, our way of working will be the same as last year. Never give up, always trying the best we can. It surely did work last season.
Thank you. We'll be traveling to Malaysia right away and start preparing our wet setup. It'll be interesting as Malaysia is a very demanding circuit for the pilot and in the wet it'll probably be harder. Still, this is one of my favorite tracks so I'm hoping to get the 10 points this time.

"Welcome gentlemen. A very eventfully race today! Team KDR, who last year, was finishing at the buttom of the time sheets is now a contender! Tom Matthews, congratulations for winning your first ever WSRC GP in your first WSRC race. What can you tell us about todays victory?" To be honest, I was very lucky, I did a fair number of laps getting the setup right, but the car still felt a bit twitchy under braking. I started off in the 1:24's for qualifying, but by some stroke of luck, I was in the 23's by my 30th lap. As for the race, someone is certainly grinning on me up there "Tom, coming into the WSRC as a rookie this season, you are facing two great battles, against the likes of Matt Finlay and World Champion Diogo Vincenzi. what do you see as a realistic goal for this season?" I'll take any points that I can get, Vincenzi is an amazing driver, and I would be surprised if I for one can keep up with him this season. My wet race performance probably won't help me on my way to contension for the Drivers Title "Tom - Your final thoughts on todays race and the upcoming race in Malaysia." I could have gone better, I had a lot of slides around the track during the race, but overall I managed to get a good race pace going, and setting the fastest lap only a tenth of my qualifying was a great achievement I feel. I think malaysia is a fantastic track, but my performance in the rain is slightly marred, but hopefully I can at least try for a podium

it was a very enjoyable race to be honest, the race-long battle between myself, tom and diogo was extremely tense and could've gone in anyone's favour. im disappointed to be so close to the victory and not get it, but i feel i drove the absolute best i could've, so im pleased with the result. yeah, he ran a little wide on the exit of the final turn which allowed myself to close up just enough to be able to outbreak him into turn one. but the cars were so evenly matched that he was unable to pass me, so i concentrated on keeping the position. then in the pitstops, i had a small problem with the pitlane speed limiter, which cost me some time, and unfortunately lost the place back to him. we expected to be on, or near the pace of the front runners...we've tested extensively during the off-season and im pleased to say that work is paying off. we'll continue to develop the car though to maintain our competitiveness. we'll be in contention for malaysia
